Welcome to Lyrasol. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of our website and the procurement of our software development, integration, advisory services, information products, and physical goods. By engaging with Lyrasol at lyrason.com, you agree to these Terms.

We deliver AI advisory and implementation services to complement these solutions.

3. Information Products

Our digital libraries, educational modules, and related digital materials are supplied as information products.

4. Physical Goods

We may offer hardware components and branded merchandise through our platform.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to supply accurate information as needed and to comply with all applicable regulations. Unauthorized attempts to breach system security are prohibited.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in agreements or at the time of purchase. Invoices must be settled before access to services or delivery of goods.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

If a project is canceled within 7 calendar days of agreement and no substantial work has commenced, a full reimbursement is issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days. If work has begun, the initial deposit serves to cover preliminary planning and is not eligible for a reimbursement. Any unused balance may be applied to future services for up to one year from the original agreement date, at no extra charge.

In cases where a milestone has been completed, fees for completed milestones are not eligible for a reimbursement. Adjustments to deliverables may be arranged through mutual consent. Lyrasol reserves the right to decline reimbursement requests after significant customization beyond standard templates.

7.2 Information Products

Customers may request a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of purchase if no more than 10 percent of the content has been accessed. All requests must be made via our contact page. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 calendar days.

If more than 10 percent of content has been accessed or streamed, no reimbursement is available, given the immediate availability of digital material upon purchase.

7.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 calendar days in unused, resalable condition. The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements. Once the item is received and inspected, a reimbursement to the original payment method is processed within 14 calendar days, less any original shipping costs. Items damaged or altered are not eligible for a reimbursement.

8. Transfer and Substitution of Services

Services may be transferred to another entity with prior written consent from Lyrasol. Such transfers must be requested within 30 calendar days of agreement and are subject to a processing review. Substitutions of equivalent services may be arranged by mutual consent without extra charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lyrasol's total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant product or service. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Lyrasol may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting at lyrason.com. Continued use of our platform or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
